Merge Up command (Borehole popup menu)

Select this to combine the currently selected unit with the unit above.

This is equivalent to deleting the overlying unit, with the Insert Mode set to overwrite.

For example:

  1. Before executing the command:
    Before merge-up
  2. Display the Borehole popup menu and select the unit by right clicking on the unit, then select Merge Up:
    Select the menu item
  3. After executing the command the merged unit occupies the space previously occupied by the unit immediately above:
    Before merge-up
