Release Notes command (Help menu)

Shows the notes for this release of MEGS_Log.

The release notes are kept in a text file Releasenotes.txt installed into the same directory as the MEGS_Log executable, typically C:\Program files\MEGMS\MEGS_Log v3.0. They will be opened in the default application associated with text files - which is often notepad.
