Correlate command (Tools menu)
Select this command to select the Correlate tool. When using the Correlate
tool the mouse cursor changes to a stylised borehole label
(
) and "Correlate" is displayed in the MEGS_Log status
bar.
The behaviour of the correlate tool depends on whether the Show Sample Numbers setting is on (sample numbers are being displayed) or off (seams and plies are being displayed).
- When sample numbers are being displayed and you left click on a unit with the correlate tool, the Sample Number dialog box is displayed, allowing you to change the sample number for the unit.
- When seams and plies are being displayed and you left click on a unit with the correlate tool, the Correlate dialog box is displayed, allowing you to change the seam and ply assignment of the unit.
