Fine Scroll command (View menu and Toolbar) Fine Scroll toolbar icon

Select this to toggle the Fine Scroll state.

With Fine Scroll on, the display is moved by the smallest possible increment when the up and down scrollbar buttons are clicked, the mouse scroll wheel is rotated or when the Ctrl-Up and Ctrl-Down shortcut keys are used.

When Fine Scroll active a checkmark is shown next to the menu item and the toolbar button is shown selected.

The shortcut key for this command is Ctrl-F.
